About Me

Hi, I’m Carolyn Ingram. I have been teaching myself printmaking since 2019. I live in Southeast Michigan and go to school at Kalamazoo College, studying fine arts, with a minor in English and French.

Michigan is very special to me. I have grown up in Southeast Michigan, currently go to school in Southwest Michigan and frequently visit my brother and sister in law in the U.P. (upper peninsula).

Wherever I am, my art travels with me. I carve in coffee shops, when visiting friends, on my parent’s deck or even in the cafeteria at college. Not only do I create on the go, I tend to set up a printing station wherever I am; college dorm, my brother’s kitchen or my parents basement. Above all I’m thankful to always have the help and support of my family and friends, and that the ink is water soluble (easy cleanup haha).

I am excited to share my art with you today and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or commissions. Have a great day 🙂
